S.I.S. 2023 – Scuola Internazionale Superiore

This July, LudoSport Founder Masters and Tecnici of SLM will be at Scuola Internazionale Superiore (SIS) to run Courses for who wants to become a lightsaber Instructor of LudoSport Network.

WHO CAN ACCESS?

Form 1 Instructor Course: Open to everyone 16+ years old and in good health conditions.
Form 2 and Course Y Instructor Courses: Applicants in good health conditions that provide proof of completion of the previous Form as Athletes before the start of the SIS.
Advanced Forms: Applicants in good health conditions that provide proof of completion of Course Y as Athletes before the start of the SIS.

WHERE?

SIS will take place in Italy. For the first time ever, it will be hosted by the incredible venue “BES La Muratella” Resort Hotel, in Cologno al Serio (BG), 10 minutes from the City of Bergamo and 40 minutes from Milan.
Nearest international airports are Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY) and Milano Linate (LIN). A free shuttle service will be available on check-in and check-out days from and to the Bergamo airport and train station.

Check-in: July 21st from 14:00 (2:00 pm) –> Check-out: July 30th within: 12:00 AM

Full board Accomodation (w/o extras) in shared double or triple room + Course + Exam: €1649,00
Full board Accomodation (w/o extras) in single room + Course + Exam: €1889,00
Full board Accomodation (w/o extras) in shared double room: €1249,00

The offer of in-presence courses confirmed for SIS 2023 is:

• Form 1
• Course Y
• Form 3 Long Saber
• Form 4 Long Saber (ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT!)
• Form 5 Long Saber; Form 5 Short Sabers

HOW TO RESERVE A PLACE TO A COURSE?

• Submit the Form accessible HERE to notify us your intention to participate, specifying which Course you want to join;
• Pay the deposit to confirm your reservation HERE
• Have an active Membership on LudoSport+;

WHAT GEAR DO I NEED?

• A water bottle and sunscreen to protect you from the sun and keep hydrated.
• Enough clothing for the entire stay. NOTE: laundry service not available in the venue.
• Men must have their own jockstrap and wear it during courses.
• Form 1 Instructor Course participants who aren’t Athletes at any LudoSport Academy will receive a LudoSport Uniform including protective gloves and a special subtunic with SIS logo.
• Participants to Courses of other Forms will receive a special subtunic with SIS logo.

For safety reasons, participants can bring their own lightsaber only if listed in authorized models list. Blades will be provided by the organization for the duration of the event.

ARE THERE PENALTIES?

• EUR 500 penalty applies for each participant notifying cancellation between June 15th and June 30th;
• EUR 999 penalty applies for each participant notifying cancellation after June 30th;

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF COURSE / EVENT CANCELLATION?

• In case of cancellation of a class or the entire SIS due to force majeure after 31/05, the organization will return paid sums deducted by EUR 150 for each participant fee and a voucher of the same amount will be provided. Voucher will be valid as discount for any other in-prensence course organized by LudoSport International. The organization is not responsible for any cost borne by participants connected to their partecipations to SIS (e.g. travel, insurances, meals, etc.).
